Postcard illustrating both sides of Augustus Siebe’s original trade card.
The front of his card was landscape format with elaborate lettering proclaiming his range of patents, and includes his address in Denmark Street, London.
The reverse of the card (which is reproduced side by side with the front of the card on this postcard) was portrait in format, and lists his main products from Diving Apparatus to Soda Water Machines.
The postcard is printed on light card and is 146 mm x 102 mm (5.75 in x 4 in).
