Hardback. No jacket. Cover heavily worn and label on spine almost eroded. Corners worn through to boards. Bookseller’s stickers on inside front cover which is also inscribed ‘Chas. Edwin H Shand’ Front endpaper heavily discoloured. Inscribed ‘Abraham Darby 1836’. Foxing on several pages throughout the book.

Considering this book is over 180 years old it is in fairly good condition. Inside pages in much better condition than the cover.
