Hardback with dust jacket. Jacket rubbed at all edges with small pieces missing. Back of the jacket stained around the edges; back cover board has also bled at the bottom edge. First and last few pages foxed. Pages 98-99 stained and at one time something has stuck these pages together; in separation part of the paper from one page has transferred to the other.
