Former Royal Navy Clearance diver, John Dadd, relates the memorable events in his life and career in the form of an informal interview. From Faslane and ordnance disposal in Malta to the Falklands conflict, John has had an interesting and varied career. A new book (which will be available at the talk) chronicles the highlights of John’s career. Many of the images from the book will act as a backdrop to his talk – every image tells a story: some hilarious, some surprising, some tragic.
A ‘fireside chat’ not to be missed.
(Please feel free to bring your own refreshments if you wish).
