DATE: Thursday 29th October
TIME: Doors open at 7pm for 7.30pm start
VENUE: The Diving Museum, Stokes Bay Road, Gosport, PO12 2QU
EVENT: A light-hearted theatrical evening with supper.
SEATS: Seating is limited to 9 tables of 4/5
TICKETS: Please note: we do not issue tickets. You will receive a confirmation email which can be presented at the Museum reception desk in lieu of tickets.
There is a pay-and-display carpark beside the museum. Parking is free after 6pm.
There is no toilet in the museum but public toilets are immediately adjacent.
As an earth-covered Battery, the museum can be cool in the evenings. Warm clothing is advisable. We will also supply blankets and heaters if required.
There is a small flight of 6 steps down into the museum. If you need assistance on the stairs, our volunteers will be happy to help.
You are invited to try and solve the mystery of a death that occurred in No. 2 Battery over 100 years ago. With a psychic medium conjuring up the spirits of the past, who knows what will be revealed! It’s scary – but so is the acting!
Who did it? How? and Why?
Plough your way through a shoal of red herrings, flounder amongst the clues and see if you can solve the mystery. There’ll be lots of laughs on the way … and a hearty fish and chip supper at half time (you are welcome to bring your own choice of drinks).
Death in Time is a MAD (Museum Amateur Dramatics) Production (with guest actors who really are quite good! The rest of us are all on medication).
Please note, we can accommodate only 9 tables of 4 (or 5). If you can’t make a team of 4/5 in advance, don’t worry, we’ll introduce you to other guests and you can get together to make your own team on the night.
Our aim is to have a lot of fun. Come and join us.
As we can only accommodate 9 tables, early booking is advisable.
We look forward to welcoming you!
