Looseleaf pages bound in a blue faux leather cover with gilt title on cover and (faded on the) spine. Corners rubbed and marks on the cover. No. ‘4’ is drawn in white at the top of the spine. Binder has 2 posts though the pages have 4 holes. Seems secure, nevertheless. Record of changes is included but loose.
Historical Diving Society book plate on title page. Inscribed in the title is ‘Army code No. 61231′. Some pages have hand written corrections (with the change No. written in the margin). Some crossed out completely. Some pages have been replaced with photocopied pages. Page 5-21 has a tab sellotaped to it.
