Security: For your security, if you try to logon but fail three times, the device you are using will be blocked for fifteen minutes. If you are blocked three times, your device will be blocked from logging in for twenty-four hours.

New Member: If you have recently registered to become a member of the HDS and have used a credit card, bank card or PayPal to pay, there may be a short delay while payment is confirmed and your account is activated. 

Paying By Bank Transfer: If you pay by bank transfer, it may take time for your payment to arrive in our account. If you are a new member paying by bank transfer, you will not be able to logon before your payment is received.
