Unfortunately our email bulletin fell victim to worldwide anti-spam procedures.

It became impossible to send out bulk mailings of our email newsletter because our ISP no longer supported it, and recipient ISPs often blocked it.

For the time being we suspended its distribution, but we may re-establish this in future.
